 Meeting every Friday at 6.15pm to 7:45pm “Powerhouse” welcomes young people from school years 7 -8 to come and be a part of what we do! A regular night kicks off with free time to play sport and group games, join in with activities, get some ‘tuck’ and simply chill out! With over 50 kids, it’s a great way for you to come, make friends and have a lot of fun!
 As a church youth group we also meet in ‘small groups’ to allow young people to hear about and discuss God in a comfortable, fun environment. We want young people to have the chance to think and ask questions about biblical life and topics and make their own decisions about faith.
A few times a term we have times of worship, which allow young people to come and meet with God. These times are always exciting as young people show their passion for God and bring their praise and worship to him. In addition we hold “sleepover” nights where there is always great fellowship throughout and a chance to focus on worship and ministry, and have a lot of fun!
 During the term we hold various “socials”, (“guys and girls” nights, bouncy castle nights, water fights, quiz nights; the list goes on!) opening “Power House” up for young people to invite friends.
As part of the Woodside church community, “Powerhouse” meets during the Sunday morning meeting for those wanting to be involved in the church. This is an enjoyable time for games, discussion and teaching, and forms an important part of the Woodside community.
